This page describes what the simplicate.ai website collects, where it goes, and how to have it removed. It is written to be read, not to cover every possibility. If something here is unclear, email [email protected].
The site has three forms. Each collects only what you type into it.
Alongside each submission we store the time, which form it came from, your browser's user-agent string, and a one-way hash of your IP address that we use only to limit repeat submissions. The raw IP address is not stored.
The site does not use analytics, advertising pixels, or tracking cookies. The only third-party script on the page is Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a form was submitted by a person and may set a cookie for that purpose.
Submissions are stored in a database hosted by Cloudflare and are read by Simplicate only. Transactional email (the playbook link, and the notification that you wrote to us) is sent through Resend. Replies to you are sent from Simplicate's own mailbox, hosted by Microsoft 365. None of these providers are permitted to use your details for their own purposes. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with anyone else.
Audit requests are kept for as long as the conversation is live and up to two years after, so we can refer back if you return. Newsletter addresses are kept until you unsubscribe. You can shorten either period by asking.
Email [email protected] from the address you submitted and ask to see, correct, or delete what we hold. We will confirm within five business days. Unsubscribing from the notes does not delete an open audit conversation; say so if you want both.
Please do not put confidential records, customer data, or credentials into the forms. A description of a workflow is enough for a first read. Anything more detailed belongs in a later conversation under an agreement that covers it.
If this page changes in a way that affects how your information is used, the effective date above will move and the change will be described here.
